#fridayfashion | The Art of Wearing Statement Jewelry

Wearing statement jewelry with your asoebi/ traditional Nigerian attire will never go out of style. Statement jewelry has always been in style and has continued to enhance clothing for ages. Being fashionable is not just only putting an ensemble together, but also about accessorizing right.

Statement pieces are supposed to make a statement! Choose pieces that help to illuminate your face and give you a more refined look.

Statement neck pieces can also help draw attention away from unwanted areas and keep the focus on your beautiful neckline and face and when worn the right way, can instantly transform a plain wardrobe into an elegant look. And the beautiful thing about statement jewelry? You can wear with other ensembles and it just never gets out of style!

I love this post. You took the words out of my mouth. As a jewelry designer and maker, for me statement jewelry is the vava room of every attire if I must add, be it asoebi or western. NHN was the perfect muse for this post. She’s adorable.

I would love to hear from you!
